Contact form. Name, email, phone number, and the message you write. This is provided by you voluntarily, and only exists because you chose to reach out to us.

Fluxy chat. The content of the messages you send in the site's chat, so the virtual assistant can respond.

Site usage. Pages visited, where the visit came from, and clicks on buttons like “Message on WhatsApp.” This data is aggregated: we don't use cookies or persistent identifiers, and we can't tie this browsing activity to a specific person.

Form and chat data is used to respond to you and understand your problem before proposing any solution. Usage data is used to find out which content is useful and where the site causes confusion — this is product improvement, not profiling.

We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. We don't use your data for targeted advertising.

n8n Cloud. Contact form messages are processed in automations hosted on n8n Cloud, the tool we use to organize support.

Fluxy chat. Chat messages are processed by autofluxo-api, our own infrastructure hosted on Vercel.

Umami. Site usage statistics are processed by Umami, an analytics service that doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal data.

If you reach out to us via WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, or LinkedIn, the conversation happens within those platforms and is also subject to their own privacy policies.

We keep contact data for as long as the business conversation lasts, and for up to 24 months of inactivity — after that, it's automatically deleted, except for anything we're legally required to retain. If you request deletion before then, we erase it immediately, except for what we're legally required to keep.

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018, LGPD), you can request at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of anything incomplete or incorrect, anonymization or deletion, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent.

If this policy changes, the update date at the top of the page changes with it. Significant changes are communicated through our channels.
